Ingredients:

  • 1 pack Vegsicle plant-based chicken skewers
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon crushed ginger
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat a pan with the sesame oil.
  2. Add the crushed garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the Vegsicle plant-based chicken skewers to the pan and cook as per the instructions on the pack.
  4. Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry until they are cooked but still crisp.
  5. Drizzle the soy sauce over the stir-fry and toss until everything is well coated.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
